Core Service Packages

Logistics Only Coordination

Starts at $1,100

This package is great for the client who has most of the details and vendor selection figured out but needs support on timeline building. This package does not include any décor set-up or breakdown, and is great if you have family helping with DIY décor or a professional decorator. 

Rehearsals for this package are scheduled on the event day

This package includes:

  • (Two) (1-hour) Planning Meetings

  • Vendor List (Recommendations)

  • Timeline Recommendation and Revisions

  • 14 hours of event management and timeline supervision on the day of the event

  • Act as the universal point of contact for the client and all vendors so that you and your closest family can relax and enjoy the day you planned. (Includes lead coordinator and 1 assistant

  • Check-out with all vendors to be sure they have finished their respective clean-up and sign off with venue management

Month of Coordination

Starts at $1,700

This package is great for clients who have a set vision for their event but want some in depth support and consistent communication from their coordination team. This package includes rehearsal time up to 5 days before the event and décor set-up and break down.  

This package includes:

  • (4) (1-hour) Planning Meetings (virtual, call, and 1 in person*) 

  • Vendor List (Recommendations)

  • Anytime text (SMS) access to the coordinator the from the time of booking (During office hours Tuesday-Friday 10:00-7:00)

  • Timeline Creation with you to make sure that your day is perfect (with revisions)

  • 1 hour of coordination for ceremony rehearsal the day before the event

  • 14 hours of event management and timeline supervision on the day of the event

  • Act as the universal point of contact for the client and all vendors so that you and your closest family can relax and enjoy the day you planned. (Includes lead coordinator and 1 assistant)

  • Ensure set-up and staging of completed decor and table settings that you and your vendors have sourced (Plans must be submitted to your planner 2 weeks before your event) (*Conditions apply)

  • Check-out with all vendors to be sure they have finished their respective clean-up and sign off with venue management

Corporate Event Production and Design

Starts at 8% of Budget

This package is for corporate clients who trust us to produce and coordinate their event in style from start to finish. This plan includes all back end research, through day of supervision and management.

This package includes:

  • Initial Budget Discussion

  • Venue Scouting

  • Initial Design and Concept Consultation

  • Design Revision Meeting

  • Manage all vendor booking and communication throughout the planning process

  • Manage all event logistics from the time of booking

  • Plan up to 3 days of events Including welcome parties, rehearsal dinners, full wedding timeline, after parties/brunch

  • Ceremony Planning and Rehearsal

  • Full Management and Production staff for all events
